From signal to decision
to proof.
Bidhalo gives supply-side publishers an agentic operating loop they can inspect. It collects the signals moving through your inventory, decides within the policy and performance context, then attests what changed and why — so machine-speed ad-ops never becomes a black box.

01 · Collect
Start with the whole supply signal, not a single dashboard metric.
Bidhalo normalizes inventory, exchange, IVT, and AdCP policy signals into one stream an agent can reason over. The point is not more telemetry; it is a shared operating picture of what is happening at the supply edge right now.
Supply-side example · 09:42:18 UTC
A clean-supply dip shows up before pacing does.
On a CTV pre-roll package, win rate is flat but clean impressions fall 18% below the trailing 15-minute baseline. Bidhalo joins that inventory movement with the exchange response, the IVT filter result, and the AdCP policy context. One normalized signal arrives with its source intact.

Rebalance the bid — or deliberately skip the move.
The agent compares the live signal with historical baselines, campaign pacing, supply-path quality, and the publisher's policy bounds. In this case, it raises the floor bid 6.4% to protect delivery on the remaining clean supply, with a hard CPM ceiling and an automatic revert when volume normalizes. If those bounds do not support a safe move, the correct decision is to skip and escalate.
02 · Decide
Context turns an alert into an accountable operating decision.
Bidhalo agents do not optimize against a mystery score. They work from the publisher's baselines and explicit policy context, then make bounded changes to rebalance, pace, cut off IVT, or leave a signal untouched.
03 · Attest
Every move leaves a record someone else can replay.
The change log is the proof layer: a tamper-evident record containing the diff, source signal, rationale, timestamp, and payload reference. It is written at the moment of action, not reconstructed from a dashboard after the fact.
Replayable decision log · log-001
The next operator sees the same reasoning the agent saw.
Diff
Floor bid raised 6.4% on inventory 0x9A.
Why
Clean supply fell below baseline while IVT filtering cleared bad traffic.

The publisher advantage
Machine-speed operations,
without the black box.
Collect gives the agent a faithful view of supply. Decide turns that view into a bounded action. Attest gives your ops team, partners, and auditors the proof to trust it. That is the loop Bidhalo puts on top of the stack you already run.
- Existing DSP / SSP workflows stay in place.
- Every change is explainable and replay-ready.
